June 2015 – Leak Detection Survey

We will be performing our leak detection survey this month.  It may be necessary for our technicians to have access to your property.  Please be aware all our technicians will have SiEnergy shirts for identification purposes.  If you suspect someone has entered your property and is not a SiEnergy employee, please contact the authorities immediately.

Walk-in payments will no longer be accepted at any SíEnergy office.

Note: If your payment is delinquent, please contact SíEnergy immediately to make payment arrangements and avoid interuption of service.

We are happy to announce several new features and capilities for our Billings System and payment portal. Please see the information below for new capabilities and an explanation of our new bill format.

Effective 10:00pm 7/30/2013 – Important Payment Portal Information:

www.sienergy.com/payonline now points to the new payment portal. Beginning ~6:00am on 7/31/2013, the ability to pay through the old portal will be disabled. To access the new portal, go to www.sienergy.com/payonline. You will have to re-enter you account and payment options. Please be sure to update your recurring payment information if you normally do recurring payments. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: Please have your SiEnergy Gas Bill available before you register. The following information must be input exactly as it is on your bill: First Name, Last Name, Account Number (do not enter dashes “-“).

Coming Summer of 2013 (July – August Timeframe):
