Pay My Bill

SiEnergy offers many convenient ways to pay your gas bill.

Allow 7-10 business days for payments to be received and posted to your account.

Pay By Auto Draft

Have your monthly payment deducted automatically. Enroll online or contact Customer Service at 1-888-468-7007.

  • Auto Credit/Debit card transactions pay a 2.5% processing fee.
  • There are no processing fees for Direct Auto Drafts to your checking or savings account.

Customers enrolled in automatic payment processing will receive monthly statements. Automatic payments are drafted 1-2 business days prior to the due date.

All returned payments are subject to a $35.00 fee

Alternative Payment Plans

It can sometimes become difficult for customers to pay their bills on time. If you think you will not be able to make your payment by the due date, you may be eligible for an extended payment plan. To make alternative payment arrangements, please call our customer care center at 888-468-7007 to review your account balance and payment options.

Pay-in-Person Locations

Overview

SiEnergy has engaged with CheckFreePay to expand the pay-in-person payment locations available to you. You can now pay your current bill at over 100 locations in your area. These include select Walmart, HEB and Kroger locations, as well as, numerous independent check cashing facilites and other merchants.

Please note that these locations accept CASH only. Walmart will accept their pin-based debit card.

Instructions

Go to the Payment Locations link above and input your zip code and follow the instructions to find locations and hours of operation. Select your desired location. Take your current bill, identification and CASH payment to that location. Make your payment and retain your receipt for your records.

Important: There may be delays between the time an agent shows on the list and actually sets up payment processes for SiEnergy. If you have not used an agent before, call ahead to confirm that they have added SíEnergy to their list.

Please Note

  • Delinquent payments cannot be paid at these locations. Contact SiEnergy to make delinquent payments.
  • Payments are due as specified on your bill. Please plan your payment accordingly.
  • Payments made by 5:00pm will be credited to your account the next business day.
  • Service fees(paid to a 3rd party and not associated with or collected by SiEnergy) apply.
