We are excited to announce that we will be upgrading our payment system to provide a more secure and convenient experience for our customers.
As part of this upgrade, all customers who are currently enrolled in Auto Pay with a credit or debit card will be required to re-enroll once the new system is in place. If you are enrolled with ACH, no action is needed. Our portal will begin updating Friday 2/27/2026. You will be unable to enroll in AutoPay with a credit or debit card until the update is complete Monday, 3/2/2026. We will update the portal once you can begin enrolling on Monday, 3/2/2026.
You may enroll in ACH AutoPay (bank account payments) for no additional fees—a convenient and cost-effective alternative to credit or debit card payments. ACH enrollments will not be impacted by this system update.
